Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing:

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders received on Friday after 4:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. 

*Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed after 4pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. 

 

Shipping:

We offer Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) to all 50 states via USPS. FREE Standard Shipping is offered on orders $80+ after discounts are taken and before taxes. For orders under $80, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

We know mistakes happen but once an order is packed no edits or cancellations can be made. Haus of Paki is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Any reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: 

It is possible for items to shift in transit and well as wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling. Be sure to inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If any of the above situations have occured, please make a claim with USPS using the tracking number provided via email.

 

Wrong Item or Missing Order: 

If we make the error of sending the wrong item or a damaged product, we'll correct it as quickly as possible. Please contact us at info@Hausofpaki.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and details about the products received.
