Once an order has been packed, we're unable to edit the shipping address or cancel the order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost has been paid.

Delivery time = order processing time (3-5 business days) + the carrier's transit time.

Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

During peak seasons and holidays, order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to carrier volume.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.

Once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.

If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier USPS for a refund.

All packages are insured up to $100.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delivered and is missing or stolen, please use the tracking number emailed to you to file a claim with USPS.
